Consultation
We begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, scope, timeline, and material preferences. This is the moment to bring designer references, inspiration, and constraints.

Site visit
A senior team member visits the property to take measurements, check moisture and substrate conditions, and understand the existing architecture.

Material selection
We guide you through porcelain, natural stone, and slab options from our supplier network — and help you weigh cost, maintenance, and aesthetic considerations.

Detailed estimate
You receive a line-item proposal covering materials, labor, preparation, waterproofing, and a realistic schedule with milestones.

Preparation
Substrate flatness, waterproofing membrane, layout, and mockups. Preparation accounts for 70% of the quality of the final installation.

Precision installation
Hand-set by senior installers to European standards. Laser-guided layout, vibration-set large-format tile, mitered edges where called for.

Quality inspection
Line-by-line QC on grout, lippage, cuts, transitions, and finishes. Nothing leaves until it passes our internal standard.

Walkthrough & warranty
You receive a final walkthrough, care instructions, warranty documents, and a direct line to our team for any follow-up.
